Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir reported 342 fresh covid-19 cases, lowest single-day spike in nearly three months, while five more persons succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Saturday.

They said 107 of the fresh cases were reported from Jammu Division and 235 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total count to 314316.

Regarding deaths, the officials said  that four were reported from Jammu Division and one from Kashmir respectively, taking the fatality count 4296.
