Sopore: Police in north Kashmir’s Sopore said that they held two burglars during patrolling and recovered stolen items from their possession.
Police said that a team of police station Tarzoo headed by SHO inspector Bilal Khanday arrested two burglars during patrolling and recovered stolen property from their possession and a three wheeler auto was also seized which was used in the commission of crime.
They identify them as Aqib Ahmad Najar son of Abdul Qayoom Najar and Qazi Tawkeer (SPO No. 597 posted at DPL Baramulla) son of Qazi Irshad, residents of Chankhan Sopore.
In this connection a case FIR number 58/2021 under section 379 IPC registered at police station Tarzoo Sopore and further investigation has been taken up, they added.r
