Shopian: Twin improvised explosive devices (IEDs) were destroyed by bomb disposal squads in south Kashmir’s Shopian and Pulwama districts.
An IED found on circle road Pulwama on Friday morning, which according to a police official was destroyed by a bomb disposal squad, without causing any damage to life or property.
Police sources said that searches were carried out in the area by the joint team of government forces.
Later in the day another low intensity IED was found outside SOG camp at Gagren area of Shopian. A police source said that the material was destroyed by the bomb disposal squad without any damage caused.
