Pampore: A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by an unknown vehicle at Pampore in Pulwama district late Thursday evening.
“One unknown person was seriously injured after an unidentified vehicle hit him near Tehsil office Drangbal, Pampore,” SHO Pampore Mohammad Younis Khan told Kashmir Reader.
The injured was immediately shifted to Sub district hospital Pampore, from where he was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar in critical condition.
Pampore police has taken cognizance in this regard and asked the general public to help police in identifying the injured.
“This is a hit and run case, anybody having any information regarding the accident should inform police, ” SHO Pampore Mohammad Younis Khan said..
