SRINAGAR: National Winter Biathlon Championship concluded at Gulmarg on Sunday.
The five day championship which started on 3rd March was organized by Biathlon Association of India in collaboration with HAWS and Biathlon Association Of J&K.
Major General R.K Singh(AVSM) of HAWS was the chief guest for inauguration and at the concluding function. 10 teams from various parts of the country took part in the championship.

SRINAGAR: Director General Youth service and sports JK Dr Saleem ul Rehman congratulated JK Sqay team for lifting over all championship in both sections Men & women in 21st National Sqay championship held at Jagarnath University Chaksu Rajasthan, a statement issued by the JK Sqay association said.
President JK Sqay Association Peer Riyaz Ahmad Shah hailed the performance of the team and thanked Dr Saleem ul Rehman for providing officials for the JK team.
He also praised Secretary J&K State Sports Council Nuzhat Gul and the officials of Sports Council for selecting a good team for national championship.
