SRINAGAR: Bashir Ahmad Sofi, Commandant, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) Kashmir was felicitated on the occasion of his superannuation from service, at a simple but impressive function, on Saturday
The function was presided over by Mr. Vijay Kumar, Inspector General of Police Kashmir.
The Guest of Honour was Aamir Ali,
Director Disaster Management & Nodal Officer SEOC.
The function was attended by Senior Officers, Officials and Staff from SDRF, Home Guards and Civil Defence, who lauded the dedicated and selfless services of Mr Sofi, in strengthening the Disaster Response mechanism. They also presented Mementos to him, as a token of their appreciation and affection.
