Shopian: ARTO Office, Shopian in collaboration with trade bodies organised a painting competition of disabled persons at Al- Noor Hotel opposite petrol pump Batapora Shopian with regard to drawing competition on Road Safety by physically challenged persons.
The programme was inaugrated by ARTO Shopian, Mauzam Ali . Persons having different physical disabilities, participated in the drawing competition.
Later prizes were distributed among those who got first, second and third positions in the painting competition.
