Baramulla: The Legal Metrology department sealed a petrol pump in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla for overcharging.
Officials said that the lega metrology department had received several complaints of overcharging by the owners of ‘Kafeel Filling Station’ Uranboha Boniyar, Uri, following the complaints a team of officials visited the spot and found all the complaints true and genuine. They said the official team sealed the petrol pump through a seizure memo under the Legal Metrology Act under section 32 and further investigation is going on.
