Kupwara: Over half dozen domestic animals were charred to death in Karnah Tehsil of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday night.
Reports said that fire was broke out in the house of Alif din Poswal son of Mir Mohammad Poswal of village Jada in Karnah Tehsil of Kupwara district on Tuesday night, in which not only the house completely damaged, over half dozen domestic animals were also charred to death in the fire incident, however no one was hurt in the incident.
Meanwhile the local people of the area appealed to authorities to take immediate steps for the rehabilitation of the victim family and compensate them.
