SRINAGAr: An oath-taking ceremony of newly elected sarpanch and panchs of Block Pattan was held at Block Headquater Pattan on Tuesdaay.
The oath of of 26 Sarpanchs and 190 panchs was administered by the Block Development Officer Pattan, in presence of Chairperson, Block Development Council Pattan.
On the occasion, the Block Development Officer Pattan rendered commiserations to all newly elected Panchayat members and highlighted the importance of Panchayati Raj and its role in overall development scenario.
