Srinagar: The militant who was critically injured in a gunfight on Thursday with government forces in Gund Baba area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district succumbed at SMHS hospital Srinagar.
The militant identified by police as Zaheer Abbas Lone of Pulwama was said by police to have been arrested at the gunfight site in injured condition.
He was taken to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where he succumbed today as per sources.(GNS)
