Lok Adalat held at Pampore, 157 cases disposed off

Pampor: A Nation Lok-Adalat was held on Saturday at Munsif Court Pampore in which around 157 cases were disposed off and an amount of rupees 38,100 have been recovered from the violators, violating the Motor Vehicle Acts as fine.
The bench was presided over by Chairperson Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Nusrat Ali Hakak (KCS Judicial) and Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Awantipora Raja Arshid, officials told Kashmir Reader.
A fine amount of Rs 38,100 has been recovered from the violators, violating the motor vehicles Acts.
The cases were of pre-legislation and pending cases of civil, criminal, LTEM, cases under section 125 and release applications.
A number of senior and junior advocates of Bar Association Pampore, prominent citizens and other officials were also present on the occasion.
