SRINAGAR: Srinagar Municipal Corporation on Monday conducted a demolition drive at Hyderpora, Parraypora.
The Enforcement wing of the Corporation along with concerned Enforcement Officer and ward officer under the supervision of Chief Enforcement Officer went to the sites where illegal constructions were going on.
All the three illegal structures, one coming up at Hyderpora and two structures at Parraypora were pulled down and accordingly the entire exercise was monitored by Authorities.
A tight vigil is being kept on constructional activities and the structures that are found to be constructed without building permission or getting deviated from the approved building plan will face similar action.
Citizens have repeatedly been requested to apply for proper building permissions from Competent Authority and not to construct any structure without permission.
SMC shall be continuing with the demolition drives with regard to unauthorized construction and will ensure that no construction without permission is allowed to take place.
