Srinagar: J&K Yateem Foundation (JKYF) has condoled the sad demise of Ghulam Muhammad Waiz (Ex-Joint Registrar Cooperative) & brother in law of Dr Ahmad Hussain Gazi, the renowned social activist and philanthropist associated with JKYF.
G. M. Waiz breathed his last in the place of beloved Prophet (PBUH) at Madina Al-Munawwarah in presence of his children and family members.
Chairman JKYF described the Waiz a person of integrity, honesty and piety. He prayed to Allah to grant him highest abode in Jannatul Firdous and enough forbearance to bear the irreparable loss. Chairman conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved on behalf of JKYF.Before Waiz sb was buried in Janatul Baqi his funeral prayer was offered at the Harm e Sherif.
Waiz Sahib was known and highly respected for his credibility and reliability as an official who would work for the welfare of common people while living pious and honest life.
Dr Ahmad Hussain Gazi described his death as a great loss for their family, friends and people who knew him.
