PAMPORE: About 88 percent patients have recovered from COVID -19 since March in Pampore Medical Block in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, only 12 percent active cases are under observation , health authorities revealed here on Saturday while discharging 40 recovered cases in isolation centres in Pampore on Saturday.
The recovered cases were discharged from three different isolation facilities in Pampore health block; 20 from Public Health Centre Nihama, 9 from Public Health Centre Samboora and 11 from covid care Kongposh hospital.
The recovered persons belonged to different villages of Pulwama.
The recovered persons were given a warm send off from isolation centres by BMO Pampore, Dr. Gulzar Ahmad, Medical officers, other medical and paramedical staff.
During the send off they were presented with bouquets and given recovery certificates.
They were admitted in the isolation facilities 15 days ago and their samples returned negative after which they were sent home.
