Baramulla: After five days of strict lockdown, normal life resumed across the district Baramulla on Tuesday. All the shops and other business establishments in Uri, Boniyar, Narvaw, Baramulla, Rafiabad, Sopore, Sangrama, Pattan, Kunzar, Tangmarg and Singhpora areas of Baramulla district started their normal life while as public transport was playing on the roads.
Last week the district magistrate Baramulla Dr Gulam Nabi ordered five days long strict lockdown across the district after hike in the Covid 19 cases in the district. The police were ordered to implement strict lockdown in the district.
On Tuesday the district magistrate Baramulla again appealed to people to wear face cover masks and keep social distance everywhere, otherwise they will be fined or strict action will be taken against the violators.
