BARAMULLA: A minor boy drowned in a local stream in Sopore area of Baramulla on Friday and died. Sources said that some minors were bathing in a local stream in Panzipora area of Sopore on Friday in which one boy was drowned in the water. People nearby area reached the spot and retrieve him and shift to nearby hospital, however, the doctors declare him dead on arrival.
The deceased was identified as Faizan Ahmed Lone (5) son of Hamidullah Lone resident of Panzipora. Sopore police register a report in this regard.
