Baramulla: The body of a minor who had drowned in Pohru river on Tuesday was recovered from the stream in Sopore area of Baramulla district.
Hamid Masood (3) son of Masood Ahmad of Wadoora Payeen Sopore had drowned in nallah Pohru on Tuesday.
A search operation was launched by Sopore police along with local people of the area. The body was recovered Friday morning from the stream and later handed over to his family after legal formalities. Sopore police has registered a report in this regard.
