NGO provides essentials to Sangerwani residents in Pulwama

Pulwama: An NGO Recs foundation has provided essential commodities to residents of Sangerwani residents in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Riyaz Ahmad Kullie, a senior resident of Sangerwani, a far flung village in the kandi belt of Pulwama, said that the villagers were surprised to see an NGO for the first time in their life providing relief to people in Sangerwani. He added that the volunteers of Recs Foundation provided eatables to people in Bada Gader village, which has no motorable roads.
“They volunteers carried the essential items on their backs and we also provided them a horse to ferry these bags filled with eatables, ” he said, adding they were moved with the humbled endeavours of these young volunteers.
He appreciated and thanked deputy commissioner Pulwama, Raghav Langir , Chairman Recs Foundation, Mohammad Ramzan, CPO , Nowshad Ahmad, Tehsildar Rajpora and CEO Res Foundation, Mohammad Ameen for providing them essential stuff during phase one and phase two.
The relief distribution drive in Sangerwani was supervised by coordinator Recs foundation, Aijaz Ahmad and media coordinator Nisar ul Haq Allie.
