BARAMULLA: Police on Saturday appealed to the general public for identify an impostor who looted cash and jewellery from a house in Sofi Hamam area of Sopore.
Sopore police in a statement to press said that police station Tarzoo received a complaint from Gulam u din Sofi of Sofi Hamam Sopore that on June 1 an unknown person entered in his house and posed himself as saint, in the complaint applicant said that the saint took away some cash and jewellery including golden rings, earrings to the cost of 1,50000 from his daughter.
Police have sought help to identify the fraudulent, and he may kindly inform Sopore police on 9596773011, 9906447131, 9596773025, and 7006707586 these numbers.
