Baramulla: Police on Sunday said they booked CAPD storekeeper for selling rice and flour at exorbitant rates in Narvaw area of Baramulla at the time of Covid-19 lockdown. People of Audoora, Sheeri Baramulla had complained that the CAPD storekeeper was selling rice and flour at exorbitant rates, the police sources said. SHO Sheeri said they have lodged FIR against the storekeeper and arrested him. He has been identified as Mohamad Ashraf Bajad, resident of lateefabad Sheeri of Baramulla. FIR number 13/2020 u/s 3/8 E C Act has been registered in police station Sheeri against the storekeeperand further investigation is on, a police official said.
