Outsiders misbehave with teachers at Baramulla school

BARAMULLA: Students of government high school Binner Baramulla on Saturday staged a protest after outsiders misbehaved with their teachers.
Sources said that scores of students took to the streets and staged a protest. They were demanding strict action against outsiders who misbehaved with their teachers on Friday.
They said on Friday some stranger entered into school ground and when one of the school teacher forced them to leave the ground, both the boys along with few others abused and misbehaved with teachers.
“Some outdoor boys entered into school ground on Friday. When we forced them out, they misbehaved with our teachers. They also abused female staff, that is why students staged a protest” a school teacher said.
The Chief Education Officer (CEO) Baramulla Gulam Mohammad denied to share the details of protest.
“We settled the issue whatever it was,” he said.
Meanwhile, police source said that a FIR number 21/2020 under section 353,332 has been registered in police station Baramulla against those who misbehaved with school teachers and further investigation is on.
