PAMPORE: A number of delegations from different villages in Balhama area of Srinagar called on Er Aijaz Hussain, national youth vice president of BJP to seek his intervention in mitigation of their grievances.
Delegates from Khonmoh, Zewan, Panthachowk, Balhama, Zewan and Wuyan Pampore villages said that they turned the attention of the vice president towards the prevailing electricity crisis in their areas.
They said that their area suffers from frequent power outages and they urged the youth leader to put up the matter with concerned officials.
They added that the youth leader assured them that he will take up the matter with concerned AEE of PDD.
Another delegate from Balhama said that they raised the issue of inflated power bills with BJP leader.
They said that the youth leader assured them that he would take up the matter with concerned authorities.
Latter, the youth leader toured various villages of the area to take stock of facilities available to people.
Aijaz while talking to Kashmir Reader said that he will put the grievances before PDD.
