SRINAGAR: IGP Kashmir, S.P Pani Wednesday visited CTC Lethpora and interacted with the personnel of JK Police who are undergoing special training at the centre.
“During his visit, IGP Kashmir was accompanied by SSP Awantipora, Principal CTC Lethpora and other officers,” the statement said.
While interacting with the trainees, IGP Kashmir emphasised on them to dedicate their services for the welfare of citizens and always remain prepared for the services and security of community members.
He urged on the trainee officials to conduct themselves in a professional manner while discharging their duties with utmost dedication and sincerity. Moreover, he stressed on them to strictly adhere to the values promoted by the department.
IGP Kashmir appraised them about the role of police in the society and challenges which they have to face while performing their duties. He advised the trainees to focus on their training which will imbue them with requisite confidence.
Officials showed a keen interest while interacting with IGP and heard him patiently. IGP wished them best for their future assignments which they will be carrying out in their respective districts in coming days. Officials thanked IGP for visiting the training centre which will definitely boost the morale of Jawans.
