Raghav Langer posted DC Pulwama

SRINAGAR: The government on Saturday ordered transfers and postings of several top officials in the administration.
Dr Raghav Langer, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama while Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, has transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
He shall also hold the charge of CEO, Mission Youth, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Rachna Sharma, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Samba.
Arvind Kotwal, Additional District Development Commissioner, Samba, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
Ali Afsar Khan, Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
Nitu Gupta, Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal, is transferred and posted as Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K.
Mohammad Shafiq Chak, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, has been posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
Om Prakash, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.
Narupa Rai, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal.
Harvinder Kour, Additional Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
The government also ordered for Rohit Kansai, Principal Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department, in addition to his own duties, till Saurabh Bhagat, remains on election duty as General Observer.
Also Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department, shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction and Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, in addition to his own duties, till Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, remains on election duty as General Observer.
