Sopore: A local militant was Tuesday arrested along with one Over Ground Worker in Sopore outskirts, police said.
Official sources said that a local militant from Awantipora was held along with an OGW by Joint team of Army’s 52 RR,SOG Sopore at Chick Hygam area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.
The official added that arms and ammunition also recovered from the arrested duo.
Meanwhile official sources in army identified arrested militant as Parvaz Ahmed from Awantipora and the OGW as Aamir Ahmed From Tral.
