Srinagar: A massive fire engulfed the forest area in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday, reports said.

Engulfing a large area, the fire broke out on Friday, damaging the vegetation.

Unable to douse the flames, the fire spread to a vast area, however after strenuous efforts, the fire was brought under control, sources said.
