Srinagar: Keeping his word, the fire brand and maverick Inspector General of Police (IGP Traffic) Basant Rath has started to work for improving the traffic system in Srinagar.
On Thursday people were astonished to see that traffic cops seized a vehicle belonging to Kothibagh police station. The Lalchowk area where the vehicle was seized comes under the jurisdiction of Kothibagh police station only.
The move though appreciated by onlookers, needs to be continued, said most of the people who were witness to the development.
