Srinagar: The bail plea of Syed Shahid Yousuf, son of Hizb chief Salahuddin, was on Tuesday deferred until February 5, sources said.
The bail plea was scheduled on December 19 last year, and was listed today because of “non-availability of the judge”, however today again it was deferred till February 5,” sources added.
Pertinently, Shahid was arrested last year in an alleged funding case by the NIA.
