Jammu: Awami Itehaad party (AIP) president and MLA Langate, Er rasheed on Tuesday staged a protest outside assembly demanding a tunnel for Karnah.
Rashees said that in case the government fails to provide the residents a tunnel, they should be allowed to migrate to Pakistan then.
“If govt cant provide them tunnel then allow them to migrate to Pakistan” Rasheed said in protest.
Pertinently, residents of Tangdhar Monday staged a protest demanding for construction of a tunnel at 11,000 feet high Sadna top to save the future generation from facing further tragedies.
The demands for constructing a tunnel at Sadhna top have gained ground recently after 11 people were killed when multiple avalanches hit passenger vehicles in Sadhna top.
