Pulwama: Clashes erupted between government forces and protestors in Kakapora area and main town Pulwama of Southern Kashmir on Tuesday morning.
Sources said that as the news of killing of JeM’s top commander Noor Mohamad Tantray alias Noor Trali spread in the area, youth took to streets and started pelting stones on government forces who retaliated with tear smoke shells triggering clashes in the area.
Sources added that clashes that were going on in Kakapora main chock, Main chowk Pulwama and Murran Chowk Pulwama triggered shutdown in the area.
Pertinently a top Jaish-e-Muhammad commander Noor Trali was killed during nocturnal gunfight in Karnabal Samboora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
