Bandipora: A cordon and search operation (CASO) has been launched by the government forces on Thursday in Garoora village of Bandipora district of north Kashmir.

Following inputs about the presence of militants,  a joint team of Army’s 13 RR unit and SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police laid a siege to Dar Mohalla locality of Garoora early morning today, an official said.

The searches were going on when last repots were filed.
