Minor girl injured as India Pak armies trade fire along Loc

Srinagar: A minor girl was injured as India and Pakistani armies  exchanged fire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, reports said.

According to Defence officials, a minor girl was injured after Pakistani army resorted to firing in Karmara sector of Poonch which was effectively  retaliated by Indian army.

The injured girl was identified as Gulnaz Akhtar, daughter of Muhammad Nazir, a resident of Karmara.

She was shifted to a hospital for treatment, said the official.
