Srinagar: Zulfiquar Hassan, Inspector General of Police (Operations) CRPF, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan.
Hassan briefed the Governor about certain issues relating to the CRPF’s role and responsibility and the outcomes achieved in the past year. Governor complimented Hassan, and all his officers and men, for the difficult tasks being handled by the CRPF, in close coordination with all other Security Forces. Governor reiterated his concern about the need for minimum force being used and care being taken to ensure against fatalities while controlling agitating crowds.
