Baramulla: At least three army men travelling in a passenger bus were thrashed after being deboarded from a passenger bus near Sherri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
Confirming the incident, police said that today at about 11.30 some “miscreants” stopped a passenger bus near Sheeri and deboarded three Army men and manhandled them.
The Army men posted in Kitchama, Sheeri were on way to Baramulla to get search lights repaired, police added.
An FIR has been registered in the matter and investigation has been taken up.
