Protests erupted in outskirts of Srinagar after the braid of a woman was chopped off in the wee hours of Friday.
According to the reports, a 40 years old woman’s braid was chopped today at 6:30 am in the morning at Pantha Chowk Srinagar. She has been shifted to hospital in critical condition.
Heavy protests are going on in the area. The protesters have blocked the highway and are demanding the arrest of the accused.
