A braid chopping incident was foiled after the lady raised an alarm and alerted the neighbours in Srinagar, reports said.
According to the reports, a lady who was alone at home raised hue and cry after she spotted a hair chopper inside her residence. Reports said that a braid chopper was spotted at the residence of Dr. Shabir Ahmad Lala at Firdous Colony Eidgah.
