Security forces install checkpoints in city to prevent militant attacks

After receiving inputs about the imminent militant attack in Srinagar city, the security forces have installed many small checkpoints in and around Srinagar city.

According to the sources, the Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit may attack security installations in Srinagar city after its commander Abu Ismail and his accomplice was killed in a brief encounter in the outskirts of Srinagar.

Sources told Kashmir Vision that earlier Director General of Police S P Vaid had sent a flash to all security installations in the valley about the imminent attack in Srinagar city.

Pertinently, police gunned down the Lashkar chief and his accomplice after intelligence inputs about their movement in Srinagar.
