An Indian army soldier was injured after he fired his gun accidentally on the Line of Control (LoC) in Mankote sector of Poonch district on Friday.
According to an official, sepoy Sanjay Kumar of 15 Mahar regiment sustained a bullet injury when his rifle went off accidentally in Mankote sector of Mendhar sub-division.
He was rushed to a hospital for treatment, said the official.
