A civilian who was injured in a blast at Dalgate area here succumbed to his injuries during Sunday wee hours at SKIMS Soura.
The deceased, identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad Zargar 40, s/o Gulam Qadir Zargar, was a resident of Ahmda Kadal, Jogiwan Rahmania Colony Srinagar.
He was injured during an explosion yesterday near Budyari Chowk, Dalgate.
An official said that Zragar was shifted to SMHS Hospital where from he was referred to SK Institute of Medical Sciences.
“He was referred to SKIMS Soura during wee hours for further treatment where he succumbed,” he said.
