One over ground worker(OGW) of Pakistani  based militant outfit Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) was today arrested by Handwara Police and 32 RR/92CRPF after  receiving a specific input of his movement.

Manzoor Ahmed Bhat son of Mohd Sultan Bhat, a resident of  Krumhura Zachaldar, was apprehended by  security forces after it was learnt that he was moving with a grenade to hand it over to some militant.

Though it was not immediately cleared for whom the consignment was meant for.

When contacted a Police spokesman said  that We are still questioning him.

“A joint Nakka of Handwara Police ,32RR and 92BN CRPF was laid at Badra crossing after information was passed to security forces for his movement.” the official said.
