Clashes have erupted between government forces and protesters in Tahab village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district and Gabarpora village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district after Friday prayers.
In Tahab Pulwama youth pelted stones on government forces who retaliated with tear smoke shells triggering clashes. Clashes continued for almost 3 hours and no injury was reported..
Meanwhile Clashes erupted in Gabarpora village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district after forces allegedly beat some locals. Soon after this, residents of the area approached the nearby the camp and started pelting stones on forces who retaliated with tear smoke shells, triggering clashes that lasted for one hour. However no one was injured during the clashes.
