A woman was killed after a cloudburst struck Thatri village of district Doda of Jammu and Kashmir during the intervening night of July 19- 20 , 2017.
The deceased, Naru devi wife of Dev Raj resident of Nagni , Tehsil Khara, died when the cloudburst hit her house.
A number of residential houses were damaged and the people who are trapped in the houses damaged by the cloudburst are being rescued.
So far, eight persons including six women and two men have been rescued.
Rescue operation is still on.
