The injured minor girl in the Awantipora accident has succumbed to her injuries on way to hospital while her mother is also said to be in a critical condition.
Earlier today, one person namely, Mohmmad Amin Bhat resident of Manzgam died while the mother-daughter accompanying him were critically injured when the vehicle they were travelling in, collided with another vehicle, on National Highway at Jawbehara area of Awantipora in South Kashmir.
The deceased girl has been identified as Zikra Dawood (6), daughter of Dawood Bhat.
Zikra ,succumbed to her injuries on way to hospital while her mother Masarrat Begum has been shifted to a Srinagar and her condition is said to very critical.
