An unidentified man was killed by the army  on Sunday, along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, sources said.

According to the defence officials, Army troops, after noticing suspicious movement along the LoC in Krishna Ghati sector around 2.30 am, opened fire at the “intruder” killing him on the spot. His identity however could not be ascertained immediately.
