Two matches were played today in the ongoing Shaheed Aga Syed Mehdia Memorial T20 cricket tournament at Budgam sports stadium here.

DCC Hankarmulla and KFC Shogpora XI won their respective matches.

The first match was played between DCC Hankarmulla and RCC Chayre. DCC Hankarmulla defeated RCC Chayre by 12 runs.

DCC Hankarmulla while batting first scored 175 runs by losing five wickets in the allotted twenty overs. In reply, RCC Chayre were managed to score only 163 runs.

Showkat of DCC Hankarmulla was given Man of the Match award for his sensational innings of 69 runs.

The second match was played between KFC Shogpora XI and Zooming Star Lakhripora, in which KFC Shogpora emerged winners.

KFC Shogpora XI while batting first scored 132 runs by losing eight wickets in the allotted overs. In reply, Zooming Star Lakhripora were managed to score only 113 runs.

Bilal of KFC Shogpora XI was given Man of the Match award for scoring 32 runs and taking two wickets.
