Clashes have erupted between students and government forces in Langate area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday.
According to the sources, students of Government Higher Secondary School Langate took to streets to protest against the student arrests.
Thereafter the forces used tear gas to disperse the protesting students, triggering clashes.
Clashes were going on when the last reports came in.
Meanwhile clashes were also reported from Magam town of Central Kashmir.
