Three residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Srinagar, a police spokesman said.

He said that fire broke out in the residential house of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat son of Gull Mohammad Bhat a resident of New Theed Harwan, Srinagar resulting in partial damage to the house.

Fire was brought under control by fire tenders with the assistance of police. Meanwhile, fire broke out at Tilwani Mohalla, Harwan in Srinagar resulting in partial damage to two joint residential houses.
