P. Chidrambram asks Mehbooba Mufti to snap ties with BJP

Former Home minister in UPA government and senior Congress leader P.Chidambram today said that there is growing clamour in Jammu and Kashmir for Governor’s rule.

In a series of tweets on Saturday morning, Chidrambram said that Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti should snap the coalition with the BJP and make peace with the people of the state.

“Growing clamour for Governor’s rule in J&K. Glad more people have realised PDP-BJP government is a disaster.” He tweeted.

He said that that the honorable course for the CM is to break the ties with the BJP and make peace with the people.

“The honourable course for honourable CM of J&K is to snap the coalition with BJP and make peace with the people”. He tweeted.

“If that means a spell of Governor’s rule, so be it”, He added.

Earlier State Vice President of Congress GN Moonga and various other leaders have asked CM Mehbooba Mufti to snap ties with the coalition partners to save the people of the state.
