A five year old girl was crushed to death by a speedy vehicle bearing registration number JK01M- 7806 at Mirangund, Nowpora Baramulla.
The deceased has been identified as Furqan Sajad of Mirangund Nowpora. She was immediately rushed to district hospital Baramulla but was declared dead on arrival.
Police said that the driver has been arrested and identified as Hilal Ahmad Rather of Wagoora Baramulla.
A case has been registered vide FIR no 16/2017 at Police station Kreeri.
